All Queen of Hearts clients are required to have a valid state or government issued ID prior to services being performed.
Tennessee State Law requires all clients to be 18 years old. However, minors can be tattooed to "cover up" an existing tattoo design in some circumstances. Call shop for further information.

All prices are non refundable once services have been rendered. Touch-ups and piercing adjustments may be at no cost for the first return visit and are based soley upon agreement between client and artist
